USA Demo area - Machines available for contract molding services
Do you have a need to produce
rubber parts but cannot justify the cost of a new or used injection molding
machine? If that is
the case, then the DESMA USA contract molding service may be the solution for
your short term molding needs.
Our
contract molding department utilizes our North American in-stock machinery
(http://www.desma-usa.com/in_stock)
to run and optimize molds and sample PPAP product runs. The recent
expansion of this department will make this daily fee-based service available
to anyone with the need to design, optimize an existing mold or to run some
sample parts for development or their own sales purposes.
We have in-house mold
adaptation capabilities if there are modifications needed to an existing mold
to make it "DESMA machine ready". Whether there is a need to modify
a sprue bushing or design and build a hot-runner plate to convert a
compression mold to an injection mold, we have the means to design and
implement the changes.
