In our facility, our demonstration lab houses several DESMA injection machines that can be used for tooling, compound development and process trials.

DESMA USA, Inc. also builds tooling. Our North American Manufacturing Center houses 3-axis & 5-axis milling centers, lathes, grinders and and other mold making equipment. We employ full time tool designers and our molds are injection tested in house. This capability is exclusive to DESMA.

We employ seven domestically based Service Technicians who remain at your disposal for equipment start up, warranty service and after sales support. We also provide software engineering support from our Hebron facility for the machines installed in this market.

DESMA offers training programs facilitated by an instructor with decades of experience. Our standard and customized training programs are available at your facility or at DESMA USA, Inc. These programs are tailored to maximize productivity and decrease downtime.

DESMA USA offers Project Engineering services. Our engineers can help identify the optimal molding solution to achieve your goals. Our staff can manage projects, test tooling and automation used with DESMA equipment.

A sizable inventory of spare parts is maintained in our Hebron KY facility with daily shipments. Our Spare Parts specialists are on hand to identify the parts you need to keep your machine running in optimal condition.

For custom compression applications we represent Wickert Hydraulic Presses in North America. Wickert specializes in presses up to 6,750 tons and multiple deck configurations. Please contact your Regional Sales Engineer below for more information.
