DESMA CLAMPING UNITS

DESMA has many types of clamping
units for all applications. All clamping units are designed for precise
parallel movement of the heating platens and have an extremely rigid four tie
bar frame. For exact positioning, we use a high-resolution ultrasonic stroke
measuring device that performs at 0.1 mm accuracy. Wide tie bar spacing and
long opening strokes result in increased area for automation equipment,
operator access, and mold loading/unloading. |
