DESMA equipment running smoothly.
Replacement parts are
available from Hebron, KY where we have over 5 million dollars worth of
parts in stock at any given time. These are replenished with weekly
scheduled airfreight shipments from our plant. In addition, we use
worldwide suppliers like Siemens, Bosch, and Parker, who also maintain
local stocks. Our detailed documentation, including manufacturers part
number, lets you utilize these convenient sources. |

All DESMA
machines can benefit from remote diagnosis and troubleshooting via a
modem. This not only gets your machine back into production faster, but
also often saves the cost of a service call. In all DESMA facilities
(Germany, USA, India, and China) highly competent service engineers can
log on to your machine and carry out rapid troubleshooting. Updating of
machine control programs can also be done this way. |
