For North America, our service, support, Project Engineering and process assistance is used by hundreds of customers.

Fast, professional and reliable. North American customers require local support, and we deliver. DESMA USA, Inc. has an extensive service department centered around the customer. Staffed with 7 full time service engineers DESMA is able to provide over the phone diagnostics as well as onsite service. From the Hebron facility our Service Manager and In-House Service Coordinator can schedule you for routine service or an immediate need.

Experience in the elastomer molding industry

In North America, nearly 1,800 DESMA machines have been installed and some of the oldest machines are still in operation today! DESMA USA is fully committed to this market and it's customers.

Heading our Service Department is Doug Moss, a 33 year industry veteran. Doug has extensive knowledge and experience in hydraulic, electrical and system maintenance with regard to DESMA machinery. Doug began his career at DESMA performing electrical wiring of control cabinets and spent a substantial amount of time performing machinery retrofits. This background has created a wealth of knowledge and his years of hands on know-how with DESMA machinery will be critical in your problem solving. His expertise in assessing your initial diagnosis and moving forward with the suitable action will significantly decrease your downtime.

Working with Marty Smith, our Maintenance Coordinator, Doug is your first line of defense when a problem arises. DESMA USA is able to diagnose by phone or dispatch a service technician to your facility for quick problem support.
